We provide two types of Filling machines – for 20 Lit Jar and PET Bottles.
Rinsing, Filling and Capping Machine has a capacity range from 200 – 800 JPH for 20 Lit Jars.
Rinsing, Filling and Capping Machine has a Capacity Range from 30 to 120 BPM for PET Bottles. Bottle movement is from Left to Right. The machine has a full neck holding design with no change parts.
Rinsing rotor , with central distribution manifold, spring loaded, SS rinse valves having the standard feature of NO BOTTLE - NO RINSE.
Filling rotor, having SS rotary tank, SS Mechanical filling valves. NO BOTTLE - NO FILL standard feature.
Capping rotor, having Pick & Place capping design, using SS304, Torque Adjustable, Magnetic Capping Heads for positive capping results.
